江泓先生，1970年3月出生，廈門大學(xué)財(cái)經(jīng)系經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)士，中國注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師會(huì)員。曾擔(dān)任上海市第十五屆人大代表、上海市靜安區(qū)第十二屆政協(xié)常務(wù)委員。1992年8月至2006年6月，任財(cái)政部駐上海市財(cái)政監(jiān)察專員辦事處駐廠員，2000年6月至2015年10月，分別任飛利浦財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)、稅務(wù)總監(jiān)及政府事務(wù)部總監(jiān)等職務(wù)；2015年10月至2021年12月，曾任上海市知識(shí)分子聯(lián)誼會(huì)外企分會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)，上海靜安區(qū)知識(shí)分子聯(lián)誼會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)，并負(fù)責(zé)管理由在滬數(shù)十家跨國公司高管共同發(fā)起成立的“我創(chuàng)”創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化平臺(tái)和孵化基金。2023年7月起，出任萬達(dá)信息股份有限公司獨(dú)立董事。2021年4月起，出任本公司獨(dú)立董事。
Mr. Jiang Hong, born in March 1970, obtained bachelor’s degree in finance in economics from Finance and Economics Department of Xiamen University, a certified public accountant in the PRC. He used to be a representative of the 15th Shanghai People’s Congress and a member of the 12th Standing Committee of the Jing’an District CPPCC. From August 1992 to June 2006, he worked with the MOF Commissioners Office in Shanghai. From June 2000 to October 2015, he worked as chief financial officer, chief taxation officer, and chief governmental affairs officer at Philips (China) Investment Co., Ltd. From October 2015 to December 2021, he has been serving as the vicechairman of Shanghai Intellects Association Foreign Business Branch, chairman of Jing’an District Intellects Association, and in charge of O2Change startup incubator and incubation funds jointly created by over ten multinational corporations. He has been an independent director of Wonders Information Co., Ltd. since July 2023. He has been an independent director of the Company since April 2021.
